Massage can be very beneficial to this autoimmue disease most importantly because of the incredible stress-releiveing qualities massage provides.

Additionally, massage therapy (as well as contrast hydrotherapy: 3 minutes of very warm moist cloths around neck followed by 1 minute of cold clothes about 3 times) can improve circulation, something every body can benefit from.

					<description>I dont think anything will work unless you provide your underactive thyroid with right amount of thyroxine. Once optimum thyroxine is provided, massage, yoge, excercise and benefits from all these sorts of things can be achieved. If you are underactive and on low dosage, don't expect to achieve big results. It's just my own experience :)</description>
