Raw food diet can help
Did you know how beneficial a raw food diet can be? Not only is it very rich in necessary enzymes, vitamins and other phytonutrients, making it extremely cleansing and heaing, but it can increase your lifespan. When lab rats were fed raw foods exclusively, they lived 30-50 percent longer than those on non-raw food diets. They also didn’t experience the high incidents of degenerative diseases, like the other lab rats.
Conforming to a raw food lifestyle may not be for everyone and could be experimented with on a temporary basis. The drastic change could shock one’s system if it’s an extreme diparture from how he or she is used to eating. It can is also socially difficult to maintain at times because of the inconvenience of eating out or at homes of non-raw-food consumers. It’s best to try raw foods on a limited basis if venturing into the lifestyle for the first time. Start with a three day raw food fast and work yourself up to a week to 10 days. Even that short period on a strictly raw food diet has been known to have produce extreme results like weight loss, increased energy, reduced acid reflux digestive discomfort and constipation symptoms, among other things.
