					<description>I find all info on this topic interesting.  Since birth, I was told, I sleep during daylight hours and am most able to function as I am most alert during the night hours.  I have tried everything from drugs to therapy without any change.  Of course this has always caused multiple problems as this is a daylight world.  Any suggestions?</description>
