We all know the importance of exercise but many of us find it har to fit it into our daily schedules. It is very important to start a routine of regular physical exercise, espeically as the cold season almost guarantees a winter coat of fat for everyone!

Enter fitness guru Chris Freytag gave the inside scoop on sneaking in exercise to Prevention Magazine. Below is an except:

To develop the workout habit, plan a 15- to 20-minute exercise session this week. On other days, try quick multitask moves whenever possible: Do wall squats while you brush your teeth, sneak in heel raises while waiting in line, and climb some extra stairs at work. Add a session each week until you’re doing at least five weekly. Then increase your workouts to a minimum of 30 minutes, using the multitask moves whenever you’re crunched for time.

Sounds simple enough. Now the trick is remember to do it–exercise for your brain.
