Eating well is imperative to good health. That point is hard to argue. But what exactly does eating well mean? Writer Jay Dixit wrote an informative piece for Psychology Today. Jay gives a pretty easy to follow formula for staying fit and well for the longest amount of time. Here is his list:

Maintain a healthy weight.

Eat many small meals.

Consume fish.

Eat vegetables.

Drink coffee and tea, especially green.
