Health trends
Think you’re healthy? Well, you may be but it’s important to stay up to date with the current health new and trends to make sure you’re maximizing your health as new discoveries are made. Nothing is wrong with sticking with what you know, but MSN Health & Fitness posted an article on the 10 latest health trends not to ignore that are, at the very least, worth a look. My favorite?
“Foods that contain antioxidants–molecules thought to prevent some diseases and promote good health– have been increasingly popular in recent years. Consumers are seeking out foods with the highest concentrations of the stuff, like the Brazilian acai berry and the mangosteen, a fruit common in Southeast Asian cuisine.” Shelley’s note: Goji berries are also a super-high antioxidant food that should be in your diet.
Read the article in it’s entirety and share your thoughts. Are there any trends you’re aware of that should have been on the list? I’m curious.

Healthy and trends do not go together. Trends are just that they fade in and fade out. I don’t some of it holds water, but wading though the crap to ge to the good stuff doesn’t sound good to me.
I got to this planet not because of some trend. My family survived way before some trend or acid in food was thought up to scare people.
You health nuts need to just sit back, grill a thick juicy stake, and have a cold one. Stressing about health is unhealthy as well. Stop trying to use scare tactics.
Also, if the FDA would stop letting people put crap in our food we wouldn’t have the sickness problems we do today. They are called mutations, an they are caused by the government allowing it to happen to fuel an economy.
